Warranty

When purchasing a Cecilia Caci product, you have a three-year warranty for any issues with the workmanship or materials. This does not cover any lost items or normal wear and tear (like faded gold plating, a bent jewelry piece, or a broken chain).

If you have experienced any issues, feel free to email us. Only after we have inspected your product through photos should you send us your product. Our factory will then conduct a thorough inspection of the jewelry to assess the cause of the damage and whether it is covered by warranty. If it is, the jewelry will be repaired free of charge.
