Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Our handling time is 1-2 business days. Once the package is shipped, you will be notified by e-mail.

Returns

We have a 14 day policy. To be able to make a return, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order at contact@ceciliacaci.com. 

Please include your full name and order number.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, including its original pouch.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
 

Refund processing

Upon receipt of your order, we will process the refund within 7 days to the same payment method used. You will receive the order amount minus shipping costs (exceptions may apply). Please note that there often is a processing time at the bank.
 
 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to protect your return from getting lost. We are not responsible for lost packages.
